Being that the house is so old, there was no insulation in the attic. One of our first projects was to install insulation to keep us from freezing. But it was hard to get boards up that had been nailed down for so many years. We had to be careful not to damage the amazing wood up there. | |

This is the original portion of the home with the floor boards up. You can see the red they had painted the rooms red below prior to putting up the ceiling. |
